PROCESSING TIME

We process orders within 1 to 2 business days.

DELIVERY TIME

For mainland France customers, our expected delivery times stand between 1 to 5 working days.

- Standard home delivery: 3 to 5 working days
- Pickup point delivery: 2 to 5 working days

All deadlines provided at checkout are given for information purposes only.

For international customers, allow a few extra days depending on your origin country. Here are some example delivery times:

- Belgium: 3 to 5 working days
- Germany: 3 to 6 working days
- Switzerland: 5 to 8 working days

Delivery times are confirmed at checkout, just before placing your order.

If you do not receive your item within 30 days and no delivery attempt has been made, we will refund your purchase in full without requiring a return from you.

DELIVERY TO RELAY POINT

Delivery to a relay point is available in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal . The choice of relay point is offered after confirmation of the order: after making the payment, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page and a window will open to select your relay point. If the relay point is not selected, you will automatically be assigned the relay point closest to your home address.

SHIPPING COST

Our delivery costs vary from one country to another.

They are free in mainland France from €50 and in most European countries for delivery to a relay point, when this is available.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to provide you with delivery at the price displayed at checkout.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES

As our stock is located in France, there are no customs fees on orders delivered to a member country of the European Union*.
* A special tax regime applies to DROM-COM and DOM-TOM, we cannot guarantee exemption from customs duties.

For countries outside the European Union, notably Switzerland and the United Kingdom , customs fees may be requested. Customs fees are around EUR 30 to 40 depending on the carrier.

In all cases where customs duties are applied, the final recipient is responsible for paying customs fees. If they are not paid, delivery will not be successful and we will retain the delivery costs + an administrative fee of EUR 25 on the value of the order before proceeding with the reimbursement.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING NUMBER

An email will be sent to you with your tracking number once your order has been shipped, i.e. 1 to 2 working days after confirmation of your order. A tracking link will be provided to you.

PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER

If a package is returned to us (for example: refusal to accept the package, package not collected at the post office or relay point, error in the delivery address); we will deduct EUR 25 from the value of your purchase before reimbursement. These costs correspond to delivery costs, repackaging costs and restocking costs.
