Returns & Refunds

We design our strength training elastics to help you stay in top shape and achieve your ideal physique. However, it is possible that our elastics do not fully suit you, and it is possible to make a return. Do not hesitate to contact us before placing an order if you are not sure whether our products are suitable for you, we will answer all your questions.

DEADLINE

You have up to 14 days after order confirmation to return your product to us. If more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to accept your refund request.

HOW TO RETURN AN EVERFIT ORDER?

If you wish to return one or more products received, you will need to send us your request by email to the following address: info@everfitprogear.com , indicating the reasons for this choice and your order number.
Upon receipt of your request, we will send you, where possible, a pre-filled shipping label to our French warehouse which you must print and affix to the box. We will deduct €20 from the amount eligible for reimbursement in return.

WHICH PRODUCT IS ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?

All our products are eligible for a return as long as it is announced within 14 days of the date of purchase.
Please note that only the value of your order is eligible for a refund. Any potential delivery costs paid at the time of ordering will not be refunded.

WHAT CONDITION SHOULD THE RETURNED ITEM BE IN?

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be intact . Each returned product must be in its original packaging , accompanied by the delivery note, protective films and all accessories received . If the product is not intact, no refund will be issued.

ARE THERE RETURN COSTS?

Shipping costs for returning your items will be your responsibility. As we provide a return label, we will hold 20€ corresponding to delivery costs (25€ for returns outside France) on the amount of your refund.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we have received and inspected returned items and if the return procedure has been followed, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to the payment method used when placing your order, within 14 days.
If you have not received your refund after 14 days:

  1. Please consult your bank account again to verify that the movement is really absent.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund appears.

WHAT ABOUT DEFECTIVE OR INCOMPLETE ITEMS?

EverFit guarantees the quality of its elastics and equipment.
If one of your items is defective or your order is incomplete, please kindly contact us within 3 days after receipt of the package to info@everfitprogear.com accompanied by photos or videos allowing us to precisely identify the problem encountered.
If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will resend the item for replacement free of charge.
We thank you for respecting these deadlines since these are the deadlines imposed by the carriers to open a claim against them.
